· Supported preclinical & clinical trials testing the efficacy of FD-OCT & PS-OCT imaging for the diagnosis of lung cancer and asthma

· Developed MATLAB code to process OCT images from clinical studies

· Assisted in the development of machine learning MATLAB code for recognition of tissue layers

· Designed components for imaging catheters & fixtures in SolidWorks and produce engineering drawings in order to communicate with manufacturers 

· Designed circuits for signal processing & document the design process

· Managed optical lab space & keep detailed records of IT and biomedical assets

· Set-up and troubleshooted a Vicon motion capture system integrated with force plates

·Worked with teams of Analysts and clinical engineers to provide at the elbow support for clinicians in the perioperative care environments; PACU, OR control desk, operating room, and anesthesia work rooms

· Helped support Capsule Neuron, Vocera, SPM, Codonics, Zebra Scanners, Epic, and Blood Delivery Application Systems

· Repaired broken hardware for both Vocera and Codonics

· Built up computer’s hardware and software for use on Anesthesia and Profusion machines


Manufacturing Engineering Co-op

ZOLL Medical Corporation
Spring 2022

·Worked with a team of manufacturing and test development engineers on a new product pilot and process validation

·Independently assisted and managed the development and maintenance of 10 sub-assembly instructions and 20 equipment lists where attention to detail competencies are vital

·Design assembly fixtures to solve issues that arise using SolidWorks and process validation documentation

·Communicated cross functionally with other teams such as R&D, mechanical engineering, test development, and production

·Developed a deliverable tracker that was used to organize tasks needed to complete project goals for senior engineers
